OJMCHE’s permanent core exhibit comprises three parts in one 1000-square-foot gallery: the Holocaust from the perspective of Oregon survivors; Oregon’s unique history of discrimination against various groups of people; and the story of Oregon jews from the beginnings of the state’s history. These exhibits feature freestanding sculptural displays, interactive elements (both digital touchscreens and lo-tech kinetic pieces), lighted elements, video, object casework, and a variety of fabrication materials and processes. BPDesign was lead project manager on all aspects of design, fabrication and installation.
