To Bear Witness brings together twelve remarkable stories of survival and resilience from around the world — Austria, Bosnia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Germany, Hungary, Rwanda, Sudan, Syria, Vietnam and Tibet — told by survivors of the Holocaust, genocide and war from the past 80 years, all of whom have made Oregon their home. Each profile features photographs by Jim Lommasson and Sankar Raman and personal narratives; as well as video, and custom casework displaying personal objects brought on the journey. The exhibition is a partnership with The Immigrant Story in collaboration with Jim Lommasson and NW Documentary. Read more about this remarkable project at The Immigrant Story.
